I use a tablespoon of cocoa powder in my Ezekiel cereal, and nuts, which also have zinc, and seeds which also have zinc, and coconut milk or kefir, which also has zinc, with a teaspoon of coconut sugar.

 

Also legumes, red meat have zinc.
