Saw image on twitter last night. Photo is dated to January 3, 2016 with reply comments containing pizza emojis. While I did find on tineye, a tumblr photo with similar date (First found on Jan 4, 2016), I don't see the comments with pizza emojies, so maybe that part was added as FAKE?
