The same thing happened to me.
I didn't even get my $1200 because of the delay in processing.
I called and I got through to them.
The lady who answered the phone put me on hold forever to help me. She came back about 20 minutes later and told me that although they are working, the people who process the mail are not working because of the quarantine. She said all the paper returns and all the rest of the mail as well is gathering in the mail rooms until 7/31. That is the day they are coming back and then they will start processing the paper returns in order of receipt. BTW, anyone who didn't get their $1200 like me, don't worry because she told me that there will be a special line item to get that money as a credit. Same with the next one, if we ever get another, she said don't worry, no one will not get the money they're entitled to
