"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

~ This is a false dichotomy and a logical fallacy. Authority, tradition, revelation and dogma are indisputably part and parcel of logic, reason, and empiricism. That's pretty basic.

Well, you dont have the background in philosophy and history that I do by at least 3 degrees, anon, nopr does Q, obviously by this post, but that doesnt mean you cant listen and learn. Or does it? The truth is not for everyone, or even most people. It's only those who can always expand their thinking.
