I live in Oregon too and I have been noticing more and more people not wearing masks. Kommie Kate passed her edict about wearing them even outside but most people I see walking around aren't wearing them. Although, in the stores I tend to be one of a hand full of people not wearing one. It depends on which store you go to, some don't even bother trying to say anything and some make a big deal out of it. I tried going into places like the Re-store and goodwill and they wouldn't even let me in without one a few weeks ago.
