1.) The DC Circuit Court denies Judge Emmett Sullivan's petition for a rehearing en banc in the Flynn case, effectively ending the case, removing the gag order on Flynn, and freeing him to accept a position in the administration.

2.) POTUS fires Christopher Wray and appoints former acting DNI Rick Grenell to be acting Director of the FBI.

3.) POTUS fires Secretary of Defense Mark Esper and appoints Lt. General Flynn to that role..
