They appear to be the same banner at first glance but if you download the one saved on July 11th by Running The Race and the one that is currently on the Flynn Twitter page, you will see that the cropping between these images is off by 4 pixels on the X-axis and just under 1 pixels on the Y-axis.
How is it even possible to have sauce for that. Everyone here, except Q, is an anon. I made a screencap of this but I have no idea if that was Gen Flynn or just another Anon.
