If you use Mozilla Firefox, that browser has an option when you right click an image to "View image info" it shows you when the image was served to your computer , not when it was modified by the person who posted it.. on whatever site let alone twitter. Go try it now you know. It will show the date time of the moment you browsed that twitter page. It's sort of a Q anti-proof.

God I hope not. This isn't a fucking game! So very much is on the line here for the entire world and the guy who says "patriots are in total control" can't easily verify that the Mozilla Firefox date modified metadata the user sees is the date time the browser received the image… and that changes every time you refresh the page!
