Could this shooting have been a possible warning to OTHER possible members of the Federal Judiciary? For example, the Members of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals who are about to rule on Judge Sullivan's request for an en banc review on the 3-Member Panel's decision granting the Writ of Mandamus?
