Firefox's "View Image Info" feature will always show the the date and time modified as the moment you click, "View Image Info" not when it was updated by the Twitter owner. try it.. and then refresh the page to see a new modified date-time. It is the date time you got that image served to your browser. I'm a big fan of Q, but this really makes Q seem quite fallible. Get the other guy back to do Q, Q!
