Gag orders in a era of a Biased media

Gag orders are in part to ensure a fair trial and prevent bias, in an era of journalistic activism when the media no longer is impartial and unbiased, the court power of Gag orders result in overt and damaging consequences to conservatives. In effect a gag order on a conservative defendant restricts the free speech of one side of a case or argument and allows the liberal and anti-conservative views of the media to go unchallenged. In both the Roger Stone and General Flynn cases Gag orders imposed by the Courts resulted in two branches of Government, the Executive Branch prosecution and the Judicial

Branch Courts to unjustly persecute and deny the defendents a fair and vigorous defense in their fraudulently predicated and tainted cases. Gag orders allowed the corrupt investigators, a malicious prosecution team and the Court to prevent the exposure of the truth, while a complicit media pushed a narrative parallel with that of the original corrupt investigators, even as declassification of documents exposed the truth of the crimes commited against both by the Government. The reliance of a impartial media to act without bias and to publish accurate facts and representations of current events and news is no longer possible and thus the imposition of Gag orders in many cases have shown to impede justice rather than to promote or ensure the same.

In effect we have witnessed a conspiracy coordinated by a shadow deep state who contrived false charges, commenced investigations without proper predicate, used doctored/and or manipulated evidence (produced by themselves or in some cases via other avenues of intelligence). The cases were forwarded to prosecutors who were complicit in continuing a fake narrative of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, who suppressed esculpatory evidence while knowingly promoting evidence of guilt which was tainted, and who neglected their duties and responsibilities to properly consider new evidence as it emerged. The Court systems and Judges proved to lack impartiality and showed tremendous bias against defendents pursuit of justice, the cases outwardly appeared to lack the constitutional standard of presumption of innocence, and innocent until prven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Judges appeared to have taken it upon themselves to deny the defendents a right to a fair trial, and seem to have been merely a conduit to reach a preplanned objective of finding defendent guilty of crimes that were completely fabricated by investigators at the onset.

The cases of General Flynn and Roger Stone relied upon the Court imposed Gag orders to ensure justice was denied to the fullest extent possible, while the media weaponized the rights of Corporate free speech to spread lies, disinformation and to suppress truth and justice, the defendents themselves the citizens protected by the Contitution were denied the right to defend themelves in the arena of public opinion.
