I think that what anons role is still that of VERIFY things. In this case, the tweet was wrong about timing. Anons quickly figured it out that the "offer" was accepted by Gen. Flynn previously. And actually this is pretty relevant and also important, since I do sometimes see dumb theories from twatter posted here that anons quickly debunk. I think this is what Q team means when they say "handle with care". They mean we must VERIFY things. We are here also for that. WE (ALL) are the news but WE (ALL) have responsibility of not posting fake news and avoid bad optics for "this movement". Again, nothing wrong with mistakes of single anons, this is why this is a discussion place, but in the end we must find the truth
