IT would appear that Flynn uploaded the current banner on July 8 and then RE-uploaded it on July 19 as comms. That would indicate that Flynn and Q are using the board as one leg of their comms – but ONLY one leg. This indicates cell communications. That is, a signal was given by Flynn on his twit (perhaps based on other comms indicating that the legal issues are being swept away) that was responded to here by a question from Q.

Note: Q did not initiate that conversation and Flynn was responding to a third source of information. Ergo … cell.

Flynn RE-uploaded the same banner to respond to the question in the affirmative. This would have been unnoticed by a casual viewer.

I read this as Flynn saying "I'm ready when you are. (watch the water … he's out of it)" His retaking of the oath said that, too, and WWG1WGA indicated where he would be looking for the next comm. Q said, "We're ready to act." Flynn reaffirmed that his personal business was squared away and that he could commit immediately.

There is plenty of room for error in the above interpretation, but that is my understanding of it.

Head's up to Anons, we do NOT understand the comms yet. Things like Flynn emerging from the surf and the position of the female are perhaps more significant than immediately apparent. The right arm is traditionally the sword arm … and she was on his left, leaving his sword arm free.

Emerging from the sea of legal troubles ready to fight? Possibly indicating that the female was ready, too?

Now that this form of comms has been exposed, though, it probably means that they are ready to switch to another one.

The hive mind has been distracted by tits. And Jews. And discord involving the bakers. We're off our game. I went over to the bunker about a week ago. Once vibrant and focused on the tasks at hand, it's moribund. Even its color scheme is dark and nearly unusable. It's in the hands of either an idiot or an enemy. It's been dark ever since the kun emerged from the ashes of the chan.
