Probably Attorney Frye has more experience in arguing before appeals courts than does Attorney Powell. I'm on the fly right now and do not have time to Google Attorney Frye but if someone has time to Google her I think you would probably find that she has a lot of experience in arguing before appeals courts.

 

I am not a lawfag yet but I'm going to be one soon. In my experience appellate work is trickier and more detail oriented than trial court work therefore appeals are usually argued by attorneys who have more experience before appellate panels.

 

Just my guess. I take this as a good thing, not a bad thing. And I still think Sidney rocks.

Anons should do some research on a lawyer named George Tobia of the Boston law firm of Burns & Levinson. Tobia purported to be Hunter S Thompson's lawyer at the time of Thompson's alleged suicide. The interesting thing is that Tobia was not licensed to practice law in Colorado, where Thompson resided. Also, it is possible that Tobia was present at the time of the death.

 

Boston is the hotspot of this deep State bullshit and it is believed that Tobia may be involved.

 

Burns & Levinson is a shithole.

Yup, she's smoking hot all right. The rules of this board say I cannot disclose my gender but, trust me, I am not nearly as good-looking of a representative of my gender as Abigail Frye is of hers.

 

I'm glad that General Flynn has a fox representing him. I do think it goes far.

 

I know a guy who shows dogs and the guy is adorable. He often wins blue ribbons and I think it's because he just looks so damn good spinning those little dogs around the ring. Well, he looks better than the fat ladies in the dresses look. I do think looks matter, so I think some of the dogs he handles place well in dog shows because their handler is a damn fine looking man.

 

In my case I'm just going to have to know my law and my facts in every case and try to dress in a way that is not memorable so that I don't leave a bad impression on anyone.

 

That's how we homely people compensate for our homeliness. Just don't be memorable.

 

As for Foxy Frye, good luck, babe. Kill it for General Flynn!
