The problem with the antimask is that they're right, and POTUS knows that. The government cannot force you to do this.

It's polite, it's normal, it's useful, but it can never be mandatory in the USA.

Unless you know 100% sure you are negative for Covid you should act like you're spreading it and mask up (to stop being a spreader). If you don't care you don't care, but I have every right to glare at you, not serve you at my business, and avoid you in general. Your rights stop where my rights begin.
