Each D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge had better understand the
full gravity of Reversing its 3-Judge Panel's Decision Granting Gen.
Flynn's Writ of Mandamus as such a decision shall be viewed as a
clear act of aiding and abetting in the ongoing Conspiracy to Commit
Treason against the Government of the United States of America
and President Donald J. Trump, and nothing less. The elements
proving the act of aiding and abetting are clearly set out in the
pleadings before the Court which dictate only ONE Constitutional
option available to the Court, i.e., a swift and unanimous Decision
upholding the Panel's Grant of Mandamus
