This is money laundering. High End art has always been a currency, a discreet and easy way to move significant amounts of wealth, a way to avoid estate taxes, and more.
Fed issues paper 'money' (actually a debt note, read the back). Treasury issues coins. Per the constitution, only Treasury controls money. Fed is an illegal, private bank.
As for 'cashless' we are almost there. We have electronic banking, credit cards, etc. Cash used in <5% of all US transactions. The war is almost over and there was never a shot fired. I'm all about R2KBA but the 2A will not protect us from the hidden people trying to destroy this country.
