No identifying words other than the generic "Police". No insignia, no visible sidearms or billy clubs. Perhaps they have radios, but they aren't on the belt. No normal equipment that can be called "police" other than the single instance of police in yellow.
You want some actual federal police, here you go. The uniforms identify the agency.
