I think that was a ground to ground missile let off somewhere near Arlington Cemetery. I know that topo well. The trajectory was so flat, near ground level as it came in fast. Or a cruise missile which hugged the terrain. Or no missile or plane but a bomb with doctored video like they did with the towers.
