My take:
The whole tweet is fluff, for the sole purpose of expressing the phrase
"Invisible China Virus"
He even capitalized it for us. Whether we are meant to look at the initials ICV, or think deeper into the context of the Invisible Enemy [DS] that he has referenced before, I can't say. This is the part of his tweet we should focus on IMO.
