Quit in Jan using the patches - exactly as directed. Biggest tip to give - you have to replace the dopamine hit of nicotine with another habit the same day you quit, something that will give you a dopamine high. To really win you have to replace the bad habit with a good one.

i would say try exercise,, but that might not work if you have been smoking that long, you might not have the tolerance. Food works well, but then you will get fat.

Walking would be a good choice
