That's what chemtrailing accomplishes. Chemtrail over here, drought over here. Meanwhile, water vapor moves over there and causes flooding. I observed that when TPTB were chemtrailing California mercilessly; Nevada & Arizona's dry deserts bloomed. Then TPTB began destroying Colorado, and - voila! - Flooding in the Midwest, complete with failed crops. It's part of the Cabal's plan to destroy humanity.
