Haven't participated in any professional sports for nearly 5 years, but was once an avid fan of both baseball and football all my life. I'm just wondering if these ballers still honor their veterans during the games? I'm a vet but I've never stood up to be honored, always thought it was silly, but the irony of kneeling during the national anthem then asking vets to stand up during the seventh inning to be honored kinda escapes me. I suppose at the moment there would be no honoring of vets, since none are in the stands.
