WHO IS A [S] SCOUT?
SCOUTS are the eyes and ears of the digital army.
You gather intel including relevant images, facts, numbers, links, Trump Tweets, videos, news articles, open-to-the-public comment sections, phone numbers of representatives' offices, important foreign news (in English translation), Deep State Tweets of importance, embarrassing deleted Tweets by Hollywood/politicians/celebs, comments on news items from professionals (e.g. doctors, lawyers, police) to debunk fake news. LURKERS and ANONS on QResearch General are SCOUTS. So are planefags, diggers and everyone who reads something interesting and posts on QResearch (QR) or on social media. There are millions and millions of SCOUTS all over the world. The intel SCOUTS bring is disseminated by millions of anons. Information considered noteworthy is marked as notable. “Notables” are the QR breaking news and are listed at the top of each thread. Notables are automatically copied to https://wearethene.ws - a site safe for workplaces.
ALREADY A SCOUT?
Anons on QResearch General are SCOUTS. So are planefags, boatfags, diggers and everyone who reads something interesting and tells us through social media or by posting on the QR boards. There are millions and millions of SCOUTS all over the world.
HOW TO BE A SCOUT
When you find something of interest to QR:

Make a SCREENSHOT proof (websites, Tweets or other social media posts);

Download the PROOF (screenshots, videos, pictures, PDF etc);

ARCHIVE your proof offline and online.archive.is;

Copy the Source of your discovery.

Click on the latest QResearch General thread (see picture);

Post your information including the Source of information and proofs.

Wait (Lurk) around for anons to notice and react to your information. Sometimes they miss it. Either come back later to re-post or ask for an opinion on what you found.
WON’T GO TO QRESEARCH?
Some people don’t visit QResearch (QR). Yes, it can get a bit rough in there sometimes but Q picked it for a reason. It is a free speech board. Content can be adult, mature or offensive in nature. Content that violates the laws of the United States is deleted and the poster banned. QR board is plagued by “shills”. A shill is a poster that uses repulsion to damage the board. As explained on top of each thread, shills can be filtered out so that their disruption attempts are removed from sight.
YOU CAN BE A SCOUT WITHOUT THE QRESEARCH BOARDS THOUGH:

Make screenshots immediately, as websites, articles or Tweets can often be quickly deleted due to damaging information;

Tag your message with fitting #Hashtags so that others can find it;

Share your finds with the world;
