Well they did bring it up once rather incidentally, and I believe Acosta asked Sanders about the Q signs at a rally, but it was in the larger context of "what do you say about all the fringe groups that support you" or some similar nonsense. Sanders simply responded that they didn't condone any violent groups.
The reason I bring it up, however, is due to the CNN special which aired last night.
