And to the extent that black people actually do "fail", how much is because they have been set up to fail by those who want to weaken and manipulate them?

(Crap schools in inner cities fail to educate -

then affirmative action gets them into Ivy League schools for which they aren't prepared, and affirmative action gets them jobs they are not qualitifed for and then promotes them too high, too fast…..)
