He was accused by a woman of posing as a photographer under an alias to lure her into a relationship in 2007
Zeitlin was married to Anne Klein fashion executive Tina Goldberg at the time
The couple have two sons together though it's unclear if they're still married
Announcing his departure, the company made no mention of the allegations
Zeitlin's departure comes as the latest in a slew of top-level exits at the company
In total, Zeitlin had been with the New York-based company for 14 years
He was lauded as one of the few black CEOs of a Fortune 500 company
