You can't vote them out if you never voted them in.

Election Reforms, Vote by Mail Option became Law
Election reforms passed as a result of the close Gubernatorial Race of 2004. For example, voters voting at the polls were required to show ID, and election administrators were provided additional time to process ballots after a general election. In addition, counties were given the option of conducting elections entirely by mail, resulting in more than two- thirds of the counties switching to this method of voting.
This provision leads to ability to access how many "missing" ballots will be needed for election fraud:
"election administrators were provided additional time to process ballots after a general election."
Then, by 2011 I believe:
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/15/us/politics/washington-where-everyone-votes-by-mail.html
"While 28 states offer mail-in ballots, just five currently conduct elections entirely by mail — Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and Utah."
Democrats and China and election fraud. This time with mail in ballots. How many states allow ballots to just keep trickling in after an election? How many ignore postage stamp dates? How many people observe the process from mail box to post office to counting to reporting? How many ballots are "spoiled" and election workers make a new ballot?
Is it handy to have democrats in control of certain states? Does China also benefit?

Vote by mail = permanent democratic party governing?
It is possible the last presidential election was one of the first in a long time freed from most (not all-I don't for a minute believe Hillary won the popular vote) fraud, if the fractional vote counting scam was stopped. (Not providing link to that as noting in search what's popping up now is fractional voting "farce." Wonder why that may be getting swept aside?)
If voting by computer voting systems was so wonderful, wonder why they would suddenly punt to all paper ballots? (Which will still be fed through a computerized system) Can't cheat directly by electronic machines any more?
Also, the only margin that will trigger a vote recount by most states is very, very, very small. So cheat big, say, by 2.5? Then the cost is on the candidate. Time and money pretty much guarantee it won't happen and even if it does, sorry, electoral collage already happened. Certification of election already happened.
