If everyone gets a vaccine that wants one, then the only people left are the people that don't want one (for one of many reasons).
Conclusion is that those not willing to take a vaccine are willing to take the risks - of contacting Covid. They by default cannot infect anyone who doesn't want to risk it as all those people will have access to the vaccine.
Vaccine for those that want it (even though it's legitimising an out and out immense Global crime of politics PLUS monetary greed)
Everyone else gets access to Hydroxychloroquine if they want it, when they want it.
