BOMBSHELL: FBI Investigated the Joe Biden Campaign for Corruption

On Tuesday, Politico published an in-depth interview with Christopher Tigani, a wealthy beer distributor who bundled cash for former Senator Joe Biden’s 2008 presidential campaign. Tigani later confessed to violating campaign-finance laws during that campaign by reimbursing employees for contributions made in their names. Before his confession and sentencing, however, Tigani helped the FBI investigate the inner circle of Biden’s campaign. The story raises questions about the former vice president’s corruption — questions that accentuate the Hunter Biden scandals with Ukraine and China.

Ultimately, only Tigani faced charges for corruption. He was sentenced to two years in federal prison in March 2012. However, the U.S. Attorney’s office in Delaware sent a letter detailing the extent of the FBI investigation into Biden’s campaign and the “soft corruption” in Delaware politics, Politico reported.

According to the letter, Tigani’s cooperation with the FBI lasted close to a year, involved 12 meetings with FBI agents, and included recorded telephone and in-person conversations on 17 occasions with six people, including “a high-level official of the Biden for President campaign,” “a former Biden staffer now working as a lobbyist,” and “a prominent Wilmington businessman.”

Tigani’s cooperation did not lead to charges against others because some of the information he provided pertained to activities that were outside the statute of limitations, some of it related to conduct that was not a federal crime, and some of it could not be corroborated, the letter states.

“The information provided by defendant was valuable, however, to the extent that it permitted federal agents to compile detailed historical information regarding election offenses and ‘soft corruption’ in Delaware state government over nearly a decade, which included conduct allegedly committed by federal and state officeholders and/or their campaigns,” the letter states. “Such information will provide federal agents with a frame of reference for future public corruption investigations in this State.”

Marine Corps Begins Shutdown of All Tank Battalions

The end of the Marine Corps' tank missions has officially begun.

Marines with 1st Tank Battalion recently watched the last of their unit's tanks depart Twentynine Palms, California. Photos taken of the event show Marines surrounding an oversized flatbed as the tanks were loaded up onto the vehicle and driven away.

Less than two weeks later, Alpha Company, 4th Tank Battalion, held a deactivation ceremony at Camp Pendleton, California. The unit is the first of several companies with 4th Tanks facing deactivations this summer, Maj. Roger Hollenbeck, a spokesman for Marine Forces Reserve, said.

The changes are part of an aggressive plan the Marine Corps' top general set in place earlier this year called Force Design 2030. The plan, leaders say, will set Marines up for future fights, defending ships while at sea and operating in hotly contested spots near the shore.

To be ready for those missions, Commandant Gen. David Berger said the Marine Corps must get smaller to get better. That includes cutting all tank battalions and getting rid of the vehicles.

"Remember that our tanks were just weapon systems," Capt. Mark Rothrock, commander of Alpha Company, 4th Tank Battalion said when the unit deactivated on Friday. "[Tanks are] a damn fine weapon system, but nonetheless, just equipment. You individual Marines were always the key to the company's success."

Retired Master Sgt. Jay Corroccia had a similar message for members of 1st Tanks as that unit's vehicles rolled away earlier this month.

"Take the standards and the pride you had here and apply it to whatever you do," he said. "Whether you stay in the Marine Corps or you get out, nobody can ever take Tank Battalion away from you."

More than 1,300 Marines will have their careers affected by Force Design 2030. Service officials announced in May that four military occupational specialties would be cut because of the changes, and several more would see their billets reduced.

The Marine Corps Reserve, Hollenbeck said, has created a team to help provide any Marines affected by unit deactivations or other changes information on career options. Those options include lateral moves into other fields or transfers to other military branches.

All of 4th Tanks' six companies, along with its battalion headquarters, are expected to deactivate by the end of 2021, Hollenbeck said.

Thousands gather in Jerusalem to protest against Netanyahu, gov't

Two different protests were integrated together in front of the prime minister's residence in Jerusalem - one demanding the resignation of Netanyahu and another organized by restaurant owners.

Six people, among the thousands who were protesting in Jerusalem on Tuesday night, were arrested due to alleged disruption of public order and assaulting police officers.

Thousands of protesters gathered in front of the Prime Minister’s Official Residence in Jerusalem on Tuesday evening to protest against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the government’s dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.

Two different protests took place on Balfour street. One group demanded the resignation of Netanyahu over charges of breach of trust, accepting bribes and fraud. The other one, organized by restaurant owners, rallied against the government’s recent attempts to limit activities in restaurants in an attempt to combat the spread of the coronavirus.

Restaurant owners demanded that the government devise a plan for properly compensating the businesses that suffered economic losses during the coronavirus pandemic.

In an act of criticizing the government’s handling of the crisis, restaurant owners prepared various dishes to hand out “to any hungry person who will come.” The gesture was meant to “emphasize the importance of maintaining solidarity and being empathetic to others even in hard times like this, just as [they] would expect to be treated by the government,” they said. The “battered industry has not been getting clear answers since the crisis began,” they added.

Some 61 residents from the Rehavia neighborhood, where the Prime Minister’s Official Residence resides, had petitioned the High Court of Justice in a request to prevent the protests which have become a norm in recent weeks.

“Children, elders and adults from all sectors and genders have found themselves in the position of hostages, in a protest that has become in part violent, unrestricted and completely ignoring the coronavirus pandemic,” the petition read.

Police approved the protests despite the coronavirus restrictions, announcing that the adjacent streets and intersections will be blocked until protests end. These included Azza Road and the Paris Square, as well as the streets of Ben Tzvi, Ramban, King George, Keren Hayesod, Rupin and Kaplan.

Protesters later continued to march all the way to the Knesset.

MSNBC Analyst Says Feds in Portland a 'Trial Run' to 'Steal the Election'

MSNBC political analyst John Heilemann idly wondered on-air if Trump sending federal troops to Portland wasn’t a “trial run” for the president to try and “steal the election.”

This is a classic case of opening your mouth and leaving no doubt how stupid you are.

I am not a psychologist so I don’t do crazy. But politically speaking, what Heilemann is saying makes perfect sense — if you’re a frothing left-wing, anti-Trump hysteric.

The Hill:

“I don’t want to be overly alarmist about this, but this is the time to be alarmist knowing where Donald Trump stands politically, understanding where we are headed in this election. I think we are looking at potentially a trial run for … a genuine attempt to, through intimidation, and potentially through force, to try to steal this election,” Heilemann said.

Personally, I think Heilemann should be first in line to enter the new FEMA camps Trump has built in Utah. Or is it Obama camps in Wyoming? I always get my FEMA camps confused.

“I think we are now at the point where we see the things that the president is doing, we see his intention to not accept an outcome of this election where he loses to Joe Biden,” he added.

Where do we see Trump’s “intention” not to accept the outcome of the election if he loses? Not from Trump. But plenty of far-left commentators are suggesting they can read Trump’s mind and are claiming Trump is planning a coup.

Given the massive problems being anticipated with tens of millions of mail-in ballots being lost, stolen, altered, or otherwise disappeared into thin air, the prospects of either the president or Joe Biden refusing to accept the results are pretty damn good. In fact, which party is first in front of a judge to contest everything about an election?

Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf told Fox News on Monday that he does not need an “invitation” from local officials before deploying federal law enforcement.

“I don’t need invitations by the state, state mayors or state governors to do our job. We’re going to do that, whether they like us there or not,” Wolf said.

“We want to work with them, and we have a great working relationship with the vast majority of local law enforcement,” he added. “However, there are some communities that, again, want to breed this environment that allows this lawlessness.”

Heilemann and other rabid leftists have been telling themselves for so long that Trump is an evil Machiavelli (or an incompetent boob, depending on the situation) that they have no rational concept of reality. They exist in a paranoid, anti-Trump universe, where ginning up fear and outrage has become an art form, and trying to convince others that the republic is in serious peril makes them feel special and important.

Any rational observer knows that the MSNBC analyst made an absolute fool of himself. But to his fellow hysterics on the left, Heilemann is “speaking truth to power.”

US surgeon general says whether or not schools open 'has little to nothing to do with the actual schools'

Transmission rate

U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams weighed in on the school reopening debate, saying the decision about whether to open isn't as much about the actual schools as many believe it is, CNN reported.

"What I want people to know is the biggest determinant of whether or not we can go back to school actually has little to nothing to do with the actual schools — it's your background transmission rate," Adams said. "And it's why we've told people constantly that if we want to get back to school, to worship, to regular life — folks need to wear face coverings, folks need to practice social distancing. Those public health measures are actually what's going to lower the transmission rate."

Transmission rate measures the average number of people who get infected by a person infected with COVID-19. A transmission rate below 1 is needed to show that the disease is gradually being contained, rather than continuing to accelerate in its spread.

Adams acknowledged that the COVID-19 risk to children is low but said minimizing transmission of the virus is important to protect teachers, staff, and parents/guardians.

"We know the risk is low to the actual students. But we know they can transmit to others," Adams said. "We need to take measures to make sure we protect those who are vulnerable either because they are older or they have chronic medical conditions."

According to Statista, only seven states in the U.S. have a transmission rate below 1: North Carolina, Delaware, and Connecticut at 0.99; South Dakota and New Hampshire at 0.95; Utah at 0.92; and Maine at 0.85.

Montana has the highest transmission rate in the nation at 1.36. New York is among the states with the lowest transmission rates, at 1.03.

Possibly Adams' most well-known contribution to the public COVID-19 response is his proclamation early in the pandemic that masks don't work to slow or stop the spread of COVID-19 in the general public, so people should stop buying them in order to save them for health care workers.

That tweet is still active on the surgeon general's Twitter page, currently accompanied by a profile picture of Adams himself wearing a mask.

Now, Adams is insisting that wearing masks is crucial to lowering the transmission rate, which in turn is essential in getting schools open. This assertion seems to indicate that either Adams was lying in February about masks not being effective, or he's lying now about how important it is to wear them.

GOP wins major ‘election integrity’ lawsuit in Florida, where Dems sought taxpayer-funded mail-in ballots

Republicans on Monday appeared to soundly defeat a Democratic-led legal effort to force taxpayers in Florida to fund mail-in ballot postage fees, eliminate ballot-return deadlines and strike down laws restricting the practice of “ballot harvesting” – which allows political operatives to retrieve vote-by-mail ballots en masse and return them to polling places.

The Democratic super PAC Priorities USA had sued the Republican Party and GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis, but agreed to a settlement that dismissed the case just before trial was set to begin on Monday. The agreement includes provisions to educate voters about how to register to vote and cast mail-in ballots, while also educating election supervisors about prepaid postage.

“Even under normal circumstances, Florida’s Vote-By-Mail Postage Requirement, which dictates that voters pay for the postage necessary to mail their vote-by-mail ballot unless individual counties choose to take on that burden for them, significantly increases the monetary and transaction costs associated with voting,” the Democrats’ original complaint read. “Not only must a mail voter pay for postage to vote, but they also must acquire the postage, which, in this digital age when many people do not keep stamps at home, often requires a trip to the post office or other essential business.”

SecDef Wants to Stop Federal Law Enforcement Agents Dressing Like US Troops

The American public should not be confused about the difference between uniformed military personnel and police officers.

That's the belief of Defense Secretary Mark Esper, who is concerned about personnel from across the country wearing camouflage uniforms, Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman told reporters Tuesday. He made the comments after federal agents in Portland, Oregon, were photographed rounding up protesters and escorting them to unmarked vehicles – all while in uniforms similar to those worn by U.S. troops.

"We want a system where people can tell the difference," Hoffman said, adding, "I can say unequivocally there are no Department of Defense assets that have been deployed to, pending deployment to, or we're looking to deploy to Portland."

Portland's Democratic Gov. Kate Brown told PBS NewsHour on Monday that "Trump's troops" had arrived in the city and were "pouring gasoline on a fire."

The personnel in Portland are not troops, but Department of Homeland Security agents dispatched to the city after weeks of protests following the May 25 death of George Floyd in police custody. Floyd's death prompted protests in cities nationwide over racism and police violence toward Black people.

Confusion over who's who in camouflage uniforms hasn't been limited to Oregon. Hoffman said there were concerns about police officers wearing similar uniforms to National Guard troops deployed to respond to protests in June as well.

"There are some law enforcement [who] wear uniforms that make them appear military," Hoffman said. "And the secretary has expressed his concern with this within the administration."

Defense leaders are in the process of reviewing the military's response to protests in the wake of Floyd's death, and Hoffman said Esper made clear that the issue of police officers wearing camouflage uniforms is something the defense secretary "wanted to have looked at."

"He has expressed his concern that in some cases law enforcement appropriately performing law enforcement duties were misconstrued with military personnel, who would not be appropriately doing those [duties]," he added.

Arizona Gov Is Granted the Right to Forcibly Vaccinate and Indefintely Confine Indiviudals With Absolutely No Legal Oversight

Recently, Arkansas, alleged CV-19 victims, were transported what I would call a FEMA medical martial law facility. This is not an isolated incident. Arizona has granted governor, Doug Ducey, the authority to create, operate and maintain concentration camps. The camps are allegedly for a deadly pathogen from which quarantine is determined to needed. Yet, it is the governor that makes that determination, not a health board nor the State Legislature. This is the create of a medical martial law dictatorship. It follows the HHS guidelines for ESF#8-14. Celeste Solum and myself have done an interview on this precise issue.

Presently in Airzona and I presume in your state, as well, the state can imprison you for "suspected" symptoms and they can forcibly vaccinate force other treatment upon a person or persons. In short, governors are granting themselves the authority to have complete control over your freedom, your body and even your life.

1. Mandate medical examinations for exposed persons.

2. Ration medicine and vaccines.

3. Provide for transportation of medical support personnel and ill and exposed persons.

4. Provide for procurement of medicines and vaccines.

C. In addition to the authority provided in subsections A and B, during a state of emergency or state of war emergency in which there is an occurrence or the imminent threat of smallpox, plague, viral hemorrhagic fevers or a highly contagious and highly fatal disease with transmission characteristics similar to smallpox, the governor, in consultation with the director of the department of health services, may issue orders that:

1. Mandate treatment or vaccination of persons who are diagnosed with illness resulting from exposure or who are reasonably believed to have been exposed or who may reasonably be expected to be exposed.

You don’t have to be exposed, the Governor’s people only say you might be exposed before being taken to a FEMA medical martial law camp. Further, there is no exception listed for people who may have a pre-existing medical condition that would contraindicate any treatment.

2. Isolate and quarantine persons.

1.5 Billion Children Are Dead – What Is The Appropriate Sentence For Such A Crime?

One out of every six people in the world is missing. If 1.5 billion children had not been systematically killed over the past 50 years, the total population of the planet would be 9 billion instead of the current level of 7.5 billion. And of course I am not even counting the children and the grandchildren that the missing 1.5 billion would have had if they had been allowed to grow up. There have been other great genocides throughout human history, but there has never been one that has literally wiped out one-sixth of humanity. Virtually every nation in the world has eagerly participated in this horrific genocide, and that arguably makes us the most evil generation to ever walk the face of the Earth.

So what would the appropriate punishment be for killing 1.5 billion children?

Not a lot of people think about this. In fact, most of those that approve of all this killing think that they are totally going to get away with it.

These days, even most Christians seem to think that there won’t be any consequences for all of the great evil that we see throughout our society. According to them, it really doesn’t matter that virtually every form of evil imaginable is exploding all around us, because America and the rest of the globe are heading into a golden new era of peace and prosperity that will be greater than anything we have ever seen before whether there is repentance or not.

I am sorry, but it simply does not work that way.

Similar laws were soon passed in Alaska and Washington. A law in Washington, D.C., which allowed abortion to protect the life or health of the woman, was challenged in the Supreme Court in 1971 in United States v. Vuitch. The court upheld the law, deeming that “health” meant “psychological and physical well-being”, essentially allowing abortion in Washington, DC. By the end of 1972, 13 states had a law similar to that of Colorado, while Mississippi allowed abortion in cases of rape or incest only and Alabama and Massachusetts allowed abortions only in cases where the woman’s physical health was endangered.

The landmark judicial ruling of the Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade ruled that a Texas statute forbidding abortion except when necessary to save the life of the mother was unconstitutional. The immediate result was that all state laws to the contrary were null. The Court arrived at its decision by concluding that the issue of abortion and abortion rights falls under the right to privacy.

Dark Money Network Conceals $20 Million in Liberal Election Spending

Sixteen Thirty Fund acts as network for liberal donors to anonymously give to Democratic committees

Deep-pocketed liberal donors are using a massive dark money network to conceal the source of nearly $20 million in donations to pro-Biden PACs.

At least $19.8 million has made its way through the Sixteen Thirty Fund to liberal PACs for the 2020 cycle. The fund, which normally works with advocacy organizations, has switched its focus to the election in recent months, sending large amounts to groups supporting Joe Biden in the presidential race. Wealthy donors push cash into the Sixteen Thirty Fund—an entity housed at the D.C.-based dark money network Arabella Advisors—which then disburses the money to prominent Democratic committees.

Arabella Advisors operates as an important funding avenue for wealthy liberal donors, allowing them to contribute to political groups anonymously. Each of several funds within Arabella, including the Sixteen Thirty Fund, acts as a "fiscal sponsor," providing its legal and tax-exempt status to dozens of liberal groups that fall under its auspices. That status absolves the groups from having to disclose their donors. Donors' use of the Sixteen Thirty Fund as a vehicle for election PAC donations marks a departure from the group's normal operations. It normally serves as a pass-through entity to bankroll shadowy nonprofit groups behind left-wing initiatives. This year, however, Democratic candidates including Joe Biden will benefit from the fund's disbursements despite railing against secret money in politics.

The fund's relationship to liberal nonprofits has raised eyebrows among money-in-politics watchdogs. Anna Massoglia, a dark money researcher at the Center for Responsive Politics, said the Sixteen Thirty Fund "has taken dark money in politics to a new level of opacity by channeling money from secret donors to political groups while steering funds into its own fiscally sponsored operations."

"Sixteen Thirty Fund’s fiscal sponsorship scheme not only enables seemingly independent groups to operate under its umbrella with little or no paper trail but also enables them to engage in a level of political activity that might not be possible if they operated as separate tax-exempt nonprofits," Massoglia said.

Several election-focused PACs received large sums from Sixteen Thirty, according to FEC filings. The pro-Biden Unite the Country PAC, liberal operative David Brock's American Bridge PAC, and a joint fundraising venture between the two groups hauled in a combined $11.4 million from the fund last month. Priorities USA Action, the largest Democratic super PAC, received $3.5 million. The Black PAC, a progressive group focused on black voter turnout, received $2.25 million from the dark money entity—nearly all of the $2.5 million the committee raised in June.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund pushed more than $2.5 million to other Democratic PACs earlier this cycle, including six-figure sums to the Nancy Pelosi-linked House Majority PAC, Shaun King's Real Justice PAC, and Forward Majority Action. It also sent seven-figure sums to Future Forward USA PAC.

WHO Official Promotes Conspiracy Theory Website to Bolster China’s Coronavirus Disinformation Campaign

A top World Health Organization official promoted a report from a website that traffics in conspiracy theories to bolster China's false claim that the communist regime was the first to report the existence of the coronavirus.

WHO communications director Gabby Stern tweeted on Monday false claims that "Taiwan never provided any warning" to the organization "about the novel coronavirus or its transmissibility." Her tweet linked to an article published by the fringe website The Grayzone. The site is run by Max Blumenthal, the son of Hillary Clinton confidante Sidney Blumenthal. Max Blumenthal is known for his pro-Iran, anti-Israel stance, and his website routinely publishes conspiracy theories that adopt China’s false rhetoric about the coronavirus pandemic.

The article, headlined, "With US support, Taiwan planted deception about warning World Health Org of Covid," says Taiwan never informed the WHO about the emerging virus in the early days of the pandemic. This contradicts evidence provided by Taiwan and later the United States showing that the WHO was alerted by colleagues in Taiwan in late December that a new virus was spreading.

The official’s promotion of a fringe website raises fresh questions about the embattled health organization's judgment, particularly given The Grayzone’s pro-China bent. The WHO is already under fire from the United States and other nations for its response to the coronavirus pandemic, which they view as overly deferential to China.

Stern's promotion of the article has drawn outrage in Congress, where China hawks see the international organization as doing damage control on behalf of the Communist Party. The Washington Free Beacon first reported this month that the WHO quietly edited claims on its website that China was first to report the virus, now known to be false. However, the WHO, under the leadership of director general Tedros Adhanom, has continued to promote Chinese propaganda about the pandemic and its response.

"I find it deeply disturbing that a top WHO spokesperson would share a ridiculous conspiracy theory aimed at the US and Taiwan from an outlet that has defended Hezbollah, attempted to rationalize the CCP’s abuses against the Uyghurs, and propagated anti-Semitic content," Rep. Michael McCaul (R., Tex.), lead Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and a member of Congress’s China Task Force, told the Free Beacon on Tuesday.

US House Approves 2021 Defense Spending Bill White House Threatened to Veto

The US House of Representatives has passed its version of the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). US President Donald Trump has threatened to veto the bill if by the time it gets to his desk it still has measures removing the names of Confederate figures from US military installations.

The bill passed 295-125, with 187 Democrats and 108 Republicans voting for it and 43 Democrats, 81 Republicans and the chamber's lone Independent voting against it.

Importantly, the bill passed with 70% approval, which is more than enough to override a potential veto by Trump. Congress can surpass a presidential veto of a bill if two-thirds, or 67%, of federal lawmakers vote in favor of it.

Trump has promised to reject the $740 billion spending bill, which funds the US Defense Department and related agencies, if it contains measures recently added that would remove the names of Confederate figures from US military installations.

However, the measure has the tacit approval of the US military's seniormost officer, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

“The Confederacy, the American Civil War was fought, and it was an act of rebellion,” Gen. Mark A. Milley told members of the House Armed Services Committee earlier this month. “It was an act of treason at the time against the Union, against the Stars and Stripes, against the US Constitution, and those officers turned their back on their oath.”

Some of those bases include Fort Hood, Fort Bragg, Fort Benning, Fort Gordon, and Camp Pendleton. Earlier this month, US Defense Secretary Mark Esper issued a memorandum effectively banning display of the Confederate battle flag on US bases.

The Confederate States of America was formed in 1861 by several southern US states when they separated from the Union over fears that newly elected US President Abraham Lincoln would take actions that would end the legal enslavement of Black people, whose labor formed the basis of the region's agricultural industry. The Confederacy ended in 1865 with the rebellion's defeat, the capture of its capital at Richmond, Virginia, the surrender of its principal commanders, and the formal ending of Black enslavement.

The recent wave of mass protests against anti-Black racism in American society have heralded the destruction or removal of numerous statues and other monuments commemorating Confederate figures and others known for their racial prejudice as well as forced the redesigning of state flags and the renaming of buildings, roads, locations, sports teams, and other features of American life across the country.
