I am not a lawfag, but I like studying what I can understand.I for one look forward to being cited for not wearing a mask.I am looking forward to the opportunity to fight for my rights in court.
I was wondering if we should consider a thread for collecting all the governors (mayors) executive orders for their lockdowns?
Furthermore, each state's EO relies on its own state statutes for their authority and they will cite them in the EO. Shouldn't we also be collecting them as well?
Add to that our hive mind, the daily news of other such challenges, our large audience and ability to disseminate, and I think it would give the DS a hell of a scare!

My first issue isA. During a state of war emergencybegins ARS 26-303. War emergency? WTF?
Do the other states build their EO's like this too?
While thinking "what exactly would my defense be in court" I began reviewing documents. I thought, many people should be doing the same study in their own state, combined with an understanding of our rights in the constitutional and in the Declaration of Independance, we can find a way to fight!
We should be learning what our government is doing to us, what they rely on for their tyranny, and we should be formulating the BEST way/argument to fight back! Some people will try, most are going to not care, or be incapable of trying.
If we could find strategies for each state, or just the most oppressive, we could disseminate that info here, for free, like all our research.Is this something that falls inside, or outside of Dig, Meme, Pray?
