To change the hash of an image:
just need to cause one byte in the file to change.
And that is easy.
Open image in your art program.
(MS Paint, Inkscape, gimp, photoshop, etc.)
Any of the following changes will make it a completely different image, from the standpoint of software that compares images by comparing their hash function.
Change a pixel
Resize / scale / crop
Add text or marking
Blur
Sharpen
Change color: contrast, grayscale, saturation, lightness
Save the image in a different format: .jpg, .png, .gif
etc.
