A lot of these drops from different places seem to be nipping around the edges of the same story. Will be very interested to see how the Chinese 'frame' whatever happens. The way they already blamed the US for the outbreak. Will they blame us for a dam failure? They have even more control over their media than the [DS] has over our MSM, so it seems like their people will believe whatever they are told. Sounds too familiar.
