Some interesting stats taken from the live feed of the 3 gorges dam.

(note this isn't official data…hard to find in commie land)

Reservoir level is around 162.22 metres

Top of dam wall is 185 metres

Current output is 41000m3/s

Max outflow is an insane 116000m3/s !!!

Apparently the Chinese admin has admitted the dam has moved.

>The Chinese government's immediate flood countermeasures are as follows. "We will protect Chongqing in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Wuhan in the middle reaches, and Nanjing and Shanghai in the lower reaches.

>However, for that reason, we will abandon Jiangxi and Anhui." In other words, the levee is purposely destroyed in order to protect the big city and floods are sent to Jiangxi and Anhui provinces.

>The total population of both provinces is 100 million people, which is abandoned by the administration.

I think it means they will evacuate those smaller towns and provinces then sacrifice them in order to save the larger urban centers/cities.

We've already seen them demolish other levees and dam walls to divert water into what's called "flood storage compartments"

Basically they're prioritizing their economic centers over rural areas.
