Biden posted this on his twitter, but it sure sounds like its a warning from Obama to Biden to not cooperate with the White Hats.

he has not worn it lately since about the time he left office.
it is a very strange video though.
the optics are really weird. They both look unhealthy. It seems almost ritualistic.
Like from a horror movie with the long hallway and they each coming out of separate doors.
Starts with a black limo pulling up. You don't see anybody else around but these two and they aren't really together.
just a really weird, strange spooky video. Not a good one for electing a president, but might be good for sending a message.
