Additionally, POTUS has to be careful about saying anything before a trial or if there are connected, ongoing investigations.
I go back and forth on Shipp. Not saying he is necessarily a reformed clown, but consider that he made these series of tweets just hours before the purge was announced, and he put the Q meme in every single one of them. It's possible he was being critical of Q while affirming his stance through the meme in order to protect his account.
Remember that Shipp comes from the analyst side of the CIA. These people are not the ones gathering intel on the ground, controlling assets, or conducting ops.
But as always, use discernment. He doesn't offer much in the way of useful info anyway.
