I know we shouldn't broadcast our moves to our enemies. That being said, this still would be hard to stop even if they knew it was coming. There are some virtual phone numbers that work for account verification. It probably wouldn't be a horrible idea to create a couple alt accounts that look like your average Joe/Jane. Don't follow Q accounts, don't follow Republicans. Maybe follow D accounts and some sports and news accounts. Tweet non political things to give it some activity but leave it alone.
When the time comes, we will be ready with thousands and thousands of unshadowbanned accounts ready to go.
