A hearing for a restraining order was held in Federal Court to stop POTUS from using Federal Law enforcement in Oregon. Keep eyes out for a ruling ( should have come immediately but didn't )

According to AP , the request includes “declare it not acceptable for federal officers to use unconstitutional police state-type acts to detain citizens of Oregon without cause.”

That request in and of itself is not needed to be ordered because it would already be against the law and you don't ask a court to declare it illegal to violate the law.

If a Judge grants this request for a TRO, the Judge is ruling that these law enforcement professionals committed crimes before they have every been charged or tried in a Court of law.

This is the screwiest TRO request ever filed.

To get a restraining order you need only prove by a preponderance but in this request it would result in finding them guilty of crimes that would otherwise require beyond a reasonable doubt

We have been tricked and I myself fell for it.

All MSM has been conflating the viral video facts with facts of other situations. They have made it seem like the arrest made in that video was without probable cause and this guy was let go. That is factually incorrect as seen in this language.

This whole story that is succeeding in the narrative is a carefully worded conflation.
