Dr speaking of recombinant DNA, it's use in vaccines which are patented. Natural organisms can not be patented but organisms that are genetically altered, corn being one example, can be. If it has a patent owner that owner has complete control of said patent. What constitutes being human? If it our DNA and a vaccine alters it can we become NOT human, and thereby being owned, without our knowledge, by the patent holder?
