Idea for a good dig:

Mary Lasker and how the US NIH is a front for population control/eugenics in the USA.

I started digging on a woman named Mary Lasker because of a prominent science/medicine prize named after her and her husband that seems to be weighted toward "science" that supports eugenics and human experimentation.
