Because of their beliefs, which is that anything is allowed for them to do to others as long as they have announced it in any way. So they announce it in their symbolism and, in their minds, people who don't have the eyes to see it will themselves have the responsibility for their participation.
This is the reason for their symbolism and for all the ways they are embedding details of planned future events everywhere.
