Farmer Anon was posting on the boards a few months ago. A few chickens produce daily eggs - good source of nutrition/protein. Never kill and eat a dairy cow - the milk can feed x number of people a day. You can garden in pails if you live in a city.

It's overwhelming for people who have been thrown into this situation unprepared. Now is the time to find support groups/family, like in the old days. Find books on gardening and seeds. Learn to preserve food. One day at a time. Please don't give up. That's what those bastards want.
