Does anyone know the source of this picture? I am asking because the big defense the democrats are using against the fact he was a KKK member, is that "it was when he was young, then he rejected that movement, and publicly spoke against it as a foolish idea", etc. The NAACP even publicly commended him for having apologized, etc.

HOWEVER, he clearly is not young in that picture. Is there a foolproof source for that picture, so that we can construct undeniable memes or arguments based on the democrats' associations with that person?
