Anon has misinterpreted the pose of Anubis even though he correctly describes its meaning.

>Anubis, the jackal headed Egyptian God of the Dead, is shown here in the Praise and Glorification pose known as the Henu pose. Anubis and sometimes Horus are often shown in this pose where they salute the rising sin each dawn. Anubis kneels with one knee down and the other up as he holds up one fist towards the sky.

This is the Praise and Glorification pose directed at the Sun God. Other gods can be in this pose too.

This is the origin of the European nobility's take a knee pose when they pledge allegiance to their monarch who sits as the representative of the Sun God on earth. It is a pose of SUBMISSION, and the elite would eventually have forced us, the common people to make obeisance with a full kneeling pose or even bowing with the forehead on the ground.

The take a knee pose signified a BOND between the knight and his king, a BINDING promise to serve with his life if need be.

This is how the American idea of kneeling to propose the BOND of matrimony came about.

It would be far better to get out and play sports. Get a soccer ball, take it to a local park and kick it around with anyone who wants to join in. The beauty of soccer is that you can do it while maintaining social distancing because tackling is not allowed.
