I pulled Google Earth but the data is limited. No photos like E Island. Urban design fag here- looks like a makeshift city. Lead me to remember the McStain photo with the USAID on the tarp background. USAID shelters have blue roofs and an A-frame structure similar to the map. I’m curious about the man made bermed structure to the north east of the site. Berms are built to protect things from water intrusion etc or protect from what’s inside like things that Boom.

 

The cream/white units with rounded ends read as covered vehicles.
