Manitowoc County Supervisor’s Statements Bring Swift Response

MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Some residents of Manitowoc County are referring to a county supervisor as a racist.

They feel comments he recently made in public are embarrassing, and ignorant, and they want him to resign.

The swearing-in of Manitowoc’s first Black council member, Aaron Bailey, nearly overshadowed, ten minutes later.

"I was shocked," Aaron Bailey, Manitowoc's first Black alderman tells FOX 11.

"I just want the respect, just the respect and, what he did that night, on a historical night, I just think was classless, just tasteless."

Bailey saying that about Manitowoc's county board supervisor Don Zimmer's comments Monday night.

"I condemn Black Lives Matter as a criminal organization, which throughout the nation, has promoted looting, rioting, destruction of property and physical attacks on law enforcement officers," Zimmer said during public comment at the meeting.

Few agreed. Many were appalled.

"His statements that he gave that evening were ignorant; they were hateful," city of Manitowoc alder Courtney Hansen said. "The fact that he chose to share those, following the swearing-in of our very first Black alderperson was extremely horrible."

Zimmer spent nearly two minutes criticizing Black Lives Matter.

"Black Lives Matter never condemns black-on-black murder in Milwaukee or Chicago, where Black gangs warring on each other manage often to kill innocent Black children caught in their murderous crossfire."

Zimmer says the movement’s primary goal is defunding the police. It’s why he called out Hansen, thinking she attended a Black Lives Matter rally.

"I wonder what local law enforcement think when they hear that a legislator on the city council of the city of Manitowoc sings the praises of and supports an organization that constantly spoons forth the most vile hatred directed at them!" Zimmer said.

Hansen tells FOX 11 it wasn’t a Black Lives Matter rally, but even if it was….

"As a leader, I think it's important to be a part of those conversations about diversity, inclusion and equity in our community."

Fox 11’s phone calls to Zimmer went unanswered, as did our emails, and a visit to his home.

Hansen says it’s not Black Lives Matter harboring hatred in Manitowoc.

"He [Zimmer] was the one sharing hateful comments!"

Bailey is just ready to move on.

"It's a minor setback, or a misunderstanding, and we still can move forward, and we're still going in the right direction."

The event Zimmer criticized Hansen for attending was created to promote diversity in the area.

Aaron Bailey is the group’s vice president.

Something tells me to make note of this.

AP-US-MICHIGAN-PIPELINE

Enbridge contractor vessels may have bumped pipeline support

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) — Enbridge says damage that prompted the temporary shutdown of its underwater oil pipelines in a Great Lakes channel may have been done by vessels working for the company. The Canadian company this week submitted to government agencies the results of its investigation into “disturbances” that were discovered during inspections of dual pipelines that run across Michigan’s Straits of Mackinac. They are part of Line 5, which carries oil and liquids used in propane. The report says a number of vessels that had been operating in the area were Enbridge contractors. But the company remains uncertain whether any were responsible. Enbridge says both pipelines are safe to operate.

DEPUTY SHOOTING-WAUKESHA

Armed man dies after being shot in Waukesha County standoff

WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say a man who was shot by sheriff’s deputies in Waukesha County during a standoff has died. Officials say deputies responded to a residence in the Village of Waukesha about 6 p.m. Wednesday and found 37-year-old Scott Kontowicz outside dousing himself with gasoline. He was armed with a rifle. Authorities have not said what prompted the deputies to shoot the man. WITI-TV reports life-saving measures were taken at the scene and Kontowicz was transported to a hospital. He was pronounced dead Thursday morning. The three deputies involved have five to 20 years of service. They were not injured. The incident is under investigation by the City of Waukesha Police Department at the request of the Waukesha County sheriff.

5G Radiation May Cause Coronavirus Infection, New Study Suggests

A new paper published in the Journal of Biological Regulators & Homeostatic Agents posits there may be a unique, causally connected relationship between 5G millimeter wave exposure and coronavirus — an idea which, though widely discussed early on in the global COVID crisis, was eventually dismissed as “conspiracy theory” by the mainstream media and government officials, resulting in widespread censorship on social media platforms.

The new study, titled “5G Technology and induction of coronavirus in skin cells,” authored by an international collaboration of scientists from Italy, the U.S. and Russia, suggests that 5G radiation may be absorbed by dermatologic cells that act like antennas,* thereby transferring its effects to other cells, including activating DNA-based biosynthetic processes within the nucleus of the cell, possibly resulting in the de novo synthesis of coronaviruses in biological cells.

The authors describe how this may work as follows:

“DNA is built from charged electrons and atoms and has an inductor-like structure. This structure could be divided into linear, toroid and round inductors. Inductors interact with external electromagnetic waves, move and produce some extra waves within the cells. The shapes of these waves are similar to shapes of hexagonal and pentagonal bases of their DNA source.

These waves produce some holes in liquids within the nucleus. To fill these holes, some extra hexagonal and pentagonal bases are produced. These bases could join to each other and form virus-like structures such as Coronavirus.

To produce these viruses within a cell, it is necessary that the wavelength of external waves be shorter than the size of the cell. Thus 5G millimeter waves could be good candidates for applying in constructing virus-like structures such as Coronaviruses (COVID-19) within cells.”

The idea that one of the causes of illness associated with the coronavirus crisis derives from non-native electromagnetic radiation exposure, including from 5G millimeter waves, was proposed by Dr. Thomas Cowan in the highly controversial presentation below. This has been labeled as “false and harmful” information on a variety of social media and global mainstream media platforms.

According to Cowan, 5G millimeter waves may induce cell damage that results in the excretion of cellular contents, which include nucleic acids and exosomes (virus-like nanoparticles produced within cells as natural forms of intercellular communication).

This debris, which he describes as part of the detoxification of the damaged cells ("cellular pooping"), may be mistakenly identified as exogenous viruses such as coronavirus and may result in false positives on RT-PCR tests, which are notoriously ineffective at positively distinguishing specific strains of viruses and identifying them with any certainty.
