We have managed to find bookends for the London NSA Traffic Cams. A white construction shroud was placed on a tower at Westminster Palace in November 2013. This would be the white object next to Big Ben clock tower in the ROT1 pic. An anon has also found evidence that a traffic sign seen in the CORINTHIA HOTEL pics was removed not long after March 5, 2014 due to a tragic motorcycle accident involved the motorcyclist losing control and striking the very sturdy traffic sign. A memorial of flowers remained at the site shortly thereafter and even after the sign was replaced.

That left us with the Winter 2013/2014 as our search timeframe for the London Embankment pics.

A further development was the discovery that we were looking ar a particular phase of the MOON in NSA ROT1 called a WANING GIBBOUS phase. This allows us to now search, using a Stellarium program, during 4 target dates when that lunar phase occurred. Best estimate is 3 or 4 days after the Full Moon, judging by the picture.

However, some of us are wondering why no Christmas street decoration can be seem on Northumberland in front of the Corinthian. Also, a lack of a banner on the railing advertising Christmas parties is noted on the PS TATTERSHALL CASTLE as we have noted on pictures of her in previous years starting in October. These facts tend to point to January 19-20 or February 18-19, 2014. This would be the time period around the time General Flynn was set up for that notorious Cambridge dinner.
