It's real. I had it in February. Mild flu symptoms but I had breathing issues. I could breath in deep but felt I wasn't getting necessary air. Scary at times, like an asthma attack. Turns out the beerflu depletes the Iron in your blood so your not absorbing sufficient oxygen…thus the ventilators
