Any idea regarding how long it will take the DC circuit to rule on the en banc hearing in the Flynn case?
I was trying to work out a timeline. If the DC circuit refuses to hear and orders dismissal, then Sullivan has 21 days to comply. Around 20 days later he will appeal to the SC.
No clue if they will hear it after the 9-0 decision about amicus curae.
Really curious about timing for DC circuit to rule on whether to hear it, as if they will, I’d guess a hearing in 10 days followed by around 30 for a decision. Either way, the decision will be appealed to SC.
