If ((((they)))) were watching a camera on your phone and were watching your eye movements while browsing etc. Along with your phones biometrics and wifi imaging abilities could they use that to determine what you're thinking at a specific moment? Example you see a attractive woman, your eye moves to see it on screen, heart rate jumps etc,, maybe they can manipulate wifi to give a type of MRI ;). Total full spectrum monitoring of digital, physical and thoughts 24/7.
The camera trick could work with almost any image and be used to build quite the profile on anyone using a phone. By itself it's bad but if it were used in conjunction with other biometric data it could accurately predict what you were thinking. Couple that with v2k, electronic weapons and remote brain imaging and you got yourself a weapon system that can trap a person in their own body.
